You will need:
- One large Onion
- Fresh cilantro and parsley
- 1 cup of garbanzo beans soaked over night in water
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Deep fryer
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor then refrigerate for an hour.
Make one inch balls and cook them in a deep fryer.
Enjoy with Israeli Salad and Tahini!
